The wife's favorite spring sake of the season.
Before the cherry blossoms fell, we enjoyed a toast with the wife at a nearby park while watching the cherry blossoms at night.
The fruity aroma was followed by a good amount of gas in the mouth, and the fruity flavor and good acidity went down smoothly with little lingering aftertaste.
It is very easy to drink and delicious. ⭕️
Banshu Issen had a sharp sharpness when I had the autumn sake, which was also good, but I really like this one too 🌸.
