I've had a few of the Active series and enjoyed the Spring/Summer one, so here's another!
The aroma is light Koji, with a bit of sweet grapefruitiness.
When you drink it, it is chiri-shuwa and citrusy. It is light but has a strong umami and sweetness from the rice, with a slight bitterness at the end.
When mixed, it becomes mellow and sweet.
After some time, it is 🍐 juice, soft, with a nice little bitterness. At the end you feel the rice.
The fizziness weakens but remains.
It is light and tasty even if you drink it without thinking, as is typical of CWS, and it is a light nigori that can be drunk quickly without feeling 16 degrees.
I have a sore throat, so I'm going to sterilize my throat with alcohol again today 🤒🍶.
