A fusion of sake and beer with hops added to sake?
The aroma is citrusy. It tastes like grapefruit. The bitterness in the latter half is beer-like. When poured, the foam has a light pinkish color. After pouring, it looks almost transparent. I guess it tastes more like beer than sake.
The taste is not bad, but the price is high, so I'll just stick with beer or sake.
