Whatever it is, today is Sake Day! So I'm forcing myself to open the bottle even though I still have some empty leftover sake 😊. ☂️Because of my day off, I went shopping in the morning. I've been meaning to buy some for a while. I've been thinking about it for a while, but I've been putting it off. It has a good balance of acidity and umami, and the back label says that it complements any dish well. The aroma is quietly apple. The taste is as described😃. It is even better than I imagined! The other day, my mom fell and suffered a compression fracture and will be hospitalized for a month. I can't even visit her because it's such a bad time of the year and I'm worried about her, so I'm not feeling well Maa. 1800ml ¥3080 at Mochizuki Shoten.

Good evening, Ao-chan-san 😃🌃 This sake has a richer taste than the label suggests. My mother is also 80 years old and her recovery from a broken bone seems to be slow, so I'm worried about her life afterwards😥.

Maa-san konbanha (´∀∀∩) People in their 70s and 80s are more energetic than people in their 40s and 50s. (-̀ᴗ-)و ̑̑✧ Even if you are a Shinpai, watching over your mother will help prevent her from aging (๑-₃ -๑).
