The other day, I received a myofascial adjustment treatment from my left thigh to my sole at a Shiatsu Seitai clinic a bit far from my home🦵.
In the beginning I was able to have a conversation, but in the middle of the treatment, I had to endure an hour of pain so bad that I couldn't even speak 😵💫 "reference...💦.
He told me, "The muscle pain will continue for about 48 hours, but it is a normal reaction, so please don't worry."
When I asked him about drinking today, he said "as long as it's not in large quantities" (Yatta 😆/← my heart).
So, limping along, I went to the izakaya at the transfer station on the way 🏮.
The first drink to treat myself
Iwate "Akabu F NEWBORN" 🍶.
My first Akabu ♫
I've always wanted to try it!
It has a good balance of sweetness, flavor, and acidity, and it really sunk into my aching body 🥲.
The light aftertaste is due to the brewer's alcohol doing a good job, I guess?
I found out later that the "F" stood for "For you" ✨Sake for me on this day... 😌.
Angler's liver as a side dish
with smoked mackerel
↑As the menu said "like a cured ham", it had just the right amount of saltiness and thinly sliced 👍.

Good evening, mamiko 🌙.
The treatment was more painful😵 than I expected 😅I'm flying, bouncing and sometimes lifting barbells 🏋️ so I need to take care of it... 😌.
I also want to drink a variety of red wu ✨
