Nemuchi-san wanted to go to the Ikoma tasting, so we decided to go together since we hadn't seen each other recently😁.
We went to the tasting of Yizishin on that day, but it started at 14:30, so we tasted some other sake.
I have already drank many of them, so I will introduce the ones I haven't posted and the ones I haven't tasted yet.
I'm sure Nemuchi will post the others 😌.
Honshu Ichi no Tankoba Kumi. Rice is Senbon Nishiki.
I thought it was a refreshingly sweet and umami type!
Personally, I prefer the orikarami type of Honshu Ichi.
The last time I drank Tenka Nishiki special honjozo, it seemed sweet when it was cold, but this time I drank it at room temperature and it was dry and dry as advertised 😋.
If I were to buy it, I would buy the orikarami 🤔.
I was surprised to see that the Ariiso Akebono I posted the other day had lost its sharpness and became more gentle tasting. It's the type that tastes better after a few days than freshly opened.

Good morning, bouken 😃.
Those are some eye-opening and colorful bottles 😳.
The bottles lined up look like a Kansai two-top that hasn't been to a tasting in a long time 😁.
