The 8th Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival (2) From here, we joined Uma-san and went around together. He is a very energetic brewer, isn't he? He seemed to be a very nice guy 😁. We drank Hitokui-iwa Hi-ire Special Honjozo? I wonder if it is? Unlike the image of Tamagawa, it was refreshing and somewhat light and dry. Junmai Omachi Yamahai Unfiltered Nama-shu It was dark and heavy, but had a good sweetness. Junmai Ginjyo Omachi Unfiltered Nama-junshu It is a little more reserved than Yamahai with a touch of sweetness and omachi character. I wrote "heavy" but there were also glimpses of cleanliness, and it was also delicious.

Hello bouken-san! I haven't tasted the Hitokuiwa yet, but I see that it is light and dry 😳I think I prefer the naturally brewed (Yamahai) Omachi Tamagawa that you have also tasted 😋!
