I'll be working the night shift that day, so I'll be enjoying the last [moon-viewing sake tonight] of the year while watching the almost full moon that peeked out early the night before. 🌕️🍶
We opened "Amami Shinshu Junmai Ginjo Nigori Nama".
First time drinking "Amami" at home!
This weekend, a cold wave hit and the moon, which showed its face for a short time, was gradually hidden by clouds and the weather forecast was for it to turn to snow after midnight 🌝🌨️

The cool and calm aroma of rice, the umami sweetness that flows smoothly through the mouth, the gas feeling on the tip of the tongue, the sweet aroma that passes through the nose and finishes with a lingering bitterness and a nice long aftertaste.

A cool rice aroma, a feeling of gas on the tip of the tongue, permeable umami sweetness, and a pleasantly sweet finish after the bitterness is felt.
When nigori is made by mixing orikori, the flavor becomes richer and the gaseous sensation becomes stronger, but the lingering aftertaste becomes shallower 🤔.
As the temperature rises, the flavor changes even more richly 😁.
The entrée is a cold weather delicacy [cold yellowtail belly sashimi] and the impending expiration date [horse sashimi].
The fatty cold yellowtail is still delicious 😋.
I took a peek outside after dawn, and it seems it didn't rain as much as I thought it would ☃.

Fukui's cold yellowtail is of such good quality that it was sold under false pretenses of its place of origin when the catch in Himi, its home at one time, dropped 🤣.
