Cherry blossom viewing continued
A congratulatory piece given to us by Shinshin SY on our wedding anniversary last December.
The timing couldn't have been better for us to enjoy it together, so we brought it along.
The aroma of the top of the bottle is a mellow ginjo aroma.
The first mouthful has a sweet and umami taste, but it is not at all thick or heavy, and the first contact is very refreshing. The fruity and elegant aftertaste is followed by a moist acidity and bitterness. It has a clean and crisp taste, and is easy to enjoy.
It is very good.
It is a refreshing sweet sake that goes well with cherry blossoms.
