Nabeshima純米吟醸 New Moon しぼりたて生酒

I went to my usual BAR to greet the master for the last time this year.
This is the second one of Nabe-sama's moon series, following "blossom moon" in spring 🌝.
I couldn't find any specific aroma on the first sip, but the hint of banana, pear, and a little bit of apple.
There is a slight aroma of malted rice, and the alcohol is a little strong.
It has a large sweetness, a small acidity, a slightly strong umami, and a medium gasiness.
It has a clean aftertaste and is a medium to light-bodied modern sake 🤔.
I felt the aroma was a little peculiar, but it was easy to drink and delicious 😊.
