Katafune Junmai Daiginjo To celebrate my father's birthday We went to my wife's parents' house✋. Bought a cake Samgyeopsal Gizzard with green onion and salt Potato galette Sashimi tuna and bonito Prepared by my wife, daughter and mother ☺️ From the father "This is a gift. He said, "This is a gift from your father. The label says "Katafune"? First time I've seen you here: 🙇‍♀️ Rice polishing ratio, 50%. Alcohol content: 16%. It was my first time to drink this sake, so I checked it out. It was a little sweeter than the other sake. It was not in the fridge, so it was hiya. When I drank it It was not so sweet, but I felt a hint of sweetness. After the umami taste, it has a good acidity. The taste is very refreshing. The acidity is also crisp and clean. It is easy to drink because it is not heavy 😊. It may be more refreshing when chilled. It may be better to drink it chilled, but each flavor may be less intense. I think it would be good to drink it chilled👍 On the other hand, I wonder what it would be like if I warmed it up 🤔. I gave a glass to my daughter and she said it was delicious 👍 My wife was not into it 😁. Samgyeopsal, gizzard and galette are beer. We had sashimi here, It was very delicious ✨
