I finally came across it at a liquor store I sometimes visit 🎵It had been a week since I was informed that it was in stock, so I gave up halfway through.
The aroma is sweet and fruity, like red melon, ripe honey apple, and pear, but not too strong. The sweetness is strong, with sourness and bitterness coming later. The second day, it became more juicy and acidic. It is a sake that I would like to drink again if I have the chance, but I don't think I will be able to encounter it very often.
