Yesterday, I went to Shinbashi with my colleagues for a drink 🍶.
First visit to a popular bar in Shinbashi.
When I was looking at the menu, I noticed a limited edition sake.
I just had it the other day, but I couldn't help but choose it ❣️
The sake is named after Mariko, the toji (master brewer) 😁.

Aruzome, unfiltered raw sake, slightly nigori
I heard it was a group limited edition sake, so naturally I had never seen it before,
Slightly cloudy, firm and fruity sake!
The third one is a five-piece sake snack and a five-piece sake vegetable platter.
Deep-fried sea bream scales are a super delicacy!
