ジャイヴ［Fukui Spring New Sake Festival Addition Time in Otan]
It was a 10-second walk from the venue of the successful Fukui Spring New Sake Festival.
I had eaten only a light entrée, so my parents and I walked through the curtain of Ajidokoro Otan, an old izakaya in front of the station that specializes in oden, a rare dish in Fukui.
After ordering some light dishes, I looked at the sake on the menu, and again a brand I didn't know caught my eye 🍶, so I decided to have a drink here 🍶.
Ichifuji Nama-Shu.
I can't remember the details of the taste, but it was fresh and spicy, like a fresh sake, and went well with the soup stock of oden and beef tendon stew 😋.
Brewed by Nishioka Kawamura Shuzo, which brews "Tsukimaru" and "Taninoi", I wonder if it is a private brand with Okamoto Yoshinoa Shoten, a sake shop 🤔.
［After leaving Otan, I said goodbye to my father-in-law and had a few more drinks with him 😅.

Fukui has many breweries that are rooted in the local area, so many of them don't have products outside of the prefecture 😁.
Gekimaru" here was originally from Hachioji, Tokyo and has now been combined with a Fukui brewery that is a relative of ours✨.

The good thing about Otan is that it is located near the station and open from noon, so you can stop by and have a quick drink 😁.
The sake selection is not that great, but I think this is the only place where you can drink "Hitofuji"✨.
