Yamazan Junmai Ginjo Yamae Nishiki Gowari Gobu Sparkling 720ml
Rice: Yamae-Nishiki 100% Nagano grown in Japan
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 15%.
We brought this from Shimizuya in the summer. Last year's bottle was a crown, but this year it is a screw cap. I was worried about opening the bottle, but it was just a light push. It was a little disappointing. I was worried about whether it would be a bit shrieky, but when I poured it into the glass, it was very fine.
I can only say that it is not too dry and has a lingering taste.
I had it with the second day of NEW ENGI.
Well, today I am off to Takada in Joetsu City to participate in the Echigo-Kenshin SAKE Festival 🍶.

Good morning, ma-ki-🌞.
I was looking at your review while drinking and to my surprise I found the same sake 😃.
I haven't been able to drink champagne lately, but the bubble sake is delicious!

Good evening Jay & Nobby 🌆.
Last year's crown was slightly sparkling and not named sparkling 😅.
I guess it didn't ferment in the bottle 🥲.
SAKE Festival, this year the weather ☀️ was nice and I was in short sleeves😊.
