I stopped by the exhibition at JR Nagoya Takashimaya and tasted a little bit of various sakes.
Imuraya Fukuwagura, Taki-gun, Mie Prefecture
Famous for its adzuki-bar🫘👯♀️

By the way, the "azuki bar" is attached to a wooden stick, but the word "bar" in English is used for a metal bar but not for a wooden one 😱.
I think they use "stick" for wooden bar 🤗.
So let's call them "azuki sticks" from now on 😂‼️
