The frequency of bubblies is increasing, but the big winner of this summer (...is planned) is Hato Masamune🐦.
It has a strong fizziness, sweetness first, followed by sourness, and a bitterness with a hint of cover. The overall balance is good, and you will never get tired of drinking it.
I think it goes better with a full-bodied meal than a light meal.
I paired it with okonomiyaki.
Both were delicious 😋.
I made too much dough, so I kept cooking okonomiyaki for 2 hours in a sticky state 🤣.
