The appearance is a light gold or greenish color and a light nigori with energetic gas bubbles.
The aroma is sweetness wrapped in freshness.
Aroma of strawberries rather than strawberries, with some sourness in the sweetness.
There is a veil of refreshing rummy sensation.
There is also a hint of volatile aroma.
The rice aroma is rather rich, like rice cakes.
Slightly smooth texture with a slight tartness to a gentle gasiness on the palate 🫧.
