When I was wondering what to buy, the owner pulled out a hidden sake from the back of the store. I don't think it is a major sake, but it is expected to become popular in the future. There have been inquiries from the Kanto region as well.
It has a lactic acid bacteria aroma. It is slightly tangy, full-bodied, and sweet. It is inexpensive due to the use of non-standard rice, and at 1,100 yen, it's a good deal.
