The 7th Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix①
The day after the event at Ogimachi Park, bouken legend and I were out drinking 😁.
I think we go out together more often than I go out with my wife🤣.
First entry to the Sake-1 Grand Prix held at Matsuo Taisha for the first time in 5 years.
I stopped by a convenience store and filled my stomach a bit before heading to the venue.
When I arrived at the venue, there was already a long line of people waiting before the event started.
Just before entering the venue, the two members of Nihonshu, a sake-tasting comic storyteller, were counting down the seconds.
Since we had a time limit, we couldn't drink all of the sake, so we started with the sake we rarely drink and had never had before.
First, we went to the Koganezawa booth, which had been on bouken's mind.
One of the characteristics of the sake brewed by Ms. Yurin Kawana, a female brewer and chief brewer, is that it is made using the Nama Moto style Yamahai brewing method, and she also participates in "DATĒ SEVEN".
Koganezawa Yamahai Junmai Sake
It has a soft sweet flavor and a little bit of lactic acidity like Yamahai. A little tingling afterwards.
HITOMEBORE Junmai Ginjo
It was squeezed 2 days ago.
I am new to this event, so I still don't know what to do.

Hi, Sashiu 😊Koganezawa is made from yamahai, but it has a soft and gentle taste and is easy to drink 😋It could be used as a food sake, and even people who don't like yamahai can drink it 😊.

Hello Nemuchi 😊
We've been together every weekend since the Shiga brewery opening 😁.
I'd like to try Koganezawa again 😋.

Hi bouken 😊I've had a full event since the end of March, thanks for joining me even if you didn't promise 🙇I would drink a lot of Kinzawa if it was more readily available 🤣.
