Three of us came together, so the brewery asked us if we were doing sake circles. 🤣.

The red sake is so rich and sweet that you may think it is mirin (sweet sake). Akashu is so sweet that you would think it is mirin.
Hoshi to Neko is surprisingly dry.
Daiginjo Excel is fruity and my favorite!
My memory is getting fuzzier and fuzzier...
