8 points (wife: 7.5 points) Rice polishing ratio : 50 Alcohol content: 19 degrees Celsius Ingredients : rice, rice koji, brewers' alcohol Rice used : 100% Niigata rice Where to buy Big House Extra Melon and apple-like top notes with a hint of alcohol The same fruity aroma, mild rice flavor, and moderate sweetness as the top shelf, with a fine acidity that spreads out in a whirlwind, and a moderate bitterness and strong alcohol spiciness that quickly fades. It is hard to compare this sake with the new rice new sake ginjo nama sake (green can) that I drank before. It goes well with meals and is also delicious on its own. It went well with the cream cheese pickles I learned from Pon-chan, which I made with two kinds of soy sauce: boiled-down as per the recipe and choko kake shoyu. The sake went better with the recipe, which was less sweet and had more of a soy sauce flavor. It also went well with omelette rice and Barnabas wieners.

Good morning, Pon-chan! Kyushu soy sauce is sweet, so I think the standard recipe is less sweet and goes better with sake 🧀Funaguchi comparison is still going on, including Alpinist 😁.
