When I went to Takimoto, they were out of the sake I was looking for, and I didn't find anything I liked, so I decided to buy some sake to drink once in a while.
It has a beautiful and delicate sweetness. It tastes like melon or muscat. It has a clean and elegant taste.
I can't go wrong with any of their wines.
