Hello everyone, here is a non-national who has not yet drank his favorite brand even though he has it in the name of his account.
I'm here to tell you that the pace of new releases is kind of fast, isn't it?
The first Toyobai of the new year is Kame-no-o nigori sake.
The aroma is more milky than Toyohai rice nigori. When I drank it, I found it to have the gentle sweet water, shwashy gas feeling, and thick nigori that can only come from Aomori. It's great, isn't it?
And it has the aroma and flavor of rice when eating rice cakes rather than freshly cooked rice. It is chewy and has a gentle sweetness, but it also has umami. I don't have a vocabulary, so this is all I can tell you right now.
It is not as spicy as Toyobai rice nigori, so it may be easier to get your hands on. My goal is to complete the Toyobai lineup, including the seasonal ones.
