The 8th bottle of Orihunter
Today we had a bottle of Mutsu Hachisen's Nouveau Oorigarami 😀.
Actually, it's the same sake for the first time in half a year 😀!
Last season, I missed the timing to drink it and let the nouveau raw sit for half a year for petit-aging 🤣.
As I recall, the sake six months ago reminded me of white peaches, but this time it tasted more like young fruit...a bit like a green melon 😀.
I wonder if the difference in taste is due to the difference in the year or the difference in the aging process... I will have to try it again next year to find out 🤣.
