The previous Saturday was a fireworks display in Itami.
I went to Itami early in the morning to help my parents with buying and other things...
So I bought some good sake to reward myself.
A super special Junmai Daiginjo Daichoju from Hakusetsu, which is only available locally.
This sake is surprisingly smooth. It feels like it goes smoothly in the mouth. It has a delicious flavor that clings to the palate. However, it is not sticky, so it has a pleasant aftertaste.
Also, when you drink it, a ginjo aroma spreads in your mouth, but it does not escape through your nose and stays in your mouth, so the happy feeling continues.
It was worth it for me to take care of my parents.

Good evening, Pon-chan.
The fireworks were beautiful, but I enjoyed them non-alcoholic because of driving. It was nice to hear the story of the sake brewery in Itami, but it is nothing compared to the drinking iron of the Hankai Railway....

Good evening Nobu Nobu 😃
I heard at work that it was a great collaboration of fireworks and thunder 😳It's the closest brewery to my house and I'd like to try Hakusetsu's fine sake at least once 😋.

bouken, I missed your comment...good morning!
Please try this sake. Hakusetsu used to be a major sake brewery... but now there are so many genuinely delicious sakes!
