Nigorinpikku: It's not over yet 😆 This is the 7th bottle of nigori sake. This is also a sake brewery that I was interested in at Sake-no-wa. This is the first time for me. My daughter smelled it and said it was apple, so it must be apple. The fragrance is also apple🍎.
On the first day, there was no stirring, probably because it had just been released from the sake cellar, and the sweetness was subdued. It tastes light, mild, and not nigori-ish 😁.
On the second day, sweetness also comes out and it tastes well-balanced and delicious, but on the third day, pungency, bitterness, and astringency prevailed 😅 As a result, I preferred the second day.
The third picture is that I ate a roll cake at a cafe in Nishiogi because my mouth got lonely as I was slowing down my drinking 🤳.

Good evening ma-ki-, thank you for every comment on ☺️. I resist the urge to drink it every night lol I was surprised to see that Kochira's alcohol changed taste every day 🫢I personally think it's usually best on the second day 😊.
