Drinking Gifu's Local Sake 2024 in Osaka ⑫
Enayama is my favorite sake, and I drank some at home a while ago.
I've never seen more than one type of sake on display in a store, so I was looking forward to it!
There was a list of distributors in Kansai on the booth, and I found a liquor store in Osaka that I didn't know at all.
I looked at the installations and found many brands that seem to be rare in the Kansai area😳.
I'll try to visit there soon 😊.

Sweet and fruity, similar to cheers!
Enayama Pure Junmai Daiginjo Fukui Gohyakumangoku Youthful
Citrusy? It has a citrus-like flavor and a basic sweetness to it.
Enayama Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki
Citrus? Basically sweet with a citrus-like flavor.
I like the taste of this standard sake.
I think I saw this sake sold somewhere 🤔
All the sakes were made with 50% polished rice.
Sake from Gifu is generally strong, but Enayama is light and easy to drink.
