This sake is made from wine yeast.
It was quite pricey at 580 yen for 180ml, but the package was stylish, so I bought it by the jacket.
The taste is quite gorgeous and round, with a rich and delicious flavor.
The store pop-up said it tasted like wine, but to me it was a bit of a toss-up...
If you say it's stylish, it is... but.
I thought that wine should be wine and sake should be sake.
