Sake brewed with agricultural products grown with the aim of reducing the use of synthetic pesticides and chemical fertilizers to 50% or less of the conventional level and reducing the burden on the environment by preventing the discharge of muddy water into Lake Biwa. This junmai sake is made from mizukagami rice, which is also served as food rice. It has a heavy finish with a delicious taste of rice.
