The Kanji version seems to be rare, so we had high expectations for it.
And it's made with No. 9 yeast...
When I look back at my favorite sake so far, it is usually either No. 7 or No. 9 yeast. I have never paid much attention to the yeast, but I have a feeling that the yeast determines the "feel" of the sake.
I immediately opened the bottle.
