Sake by Otokotachiman Brewery in Yamaguchi Prefecture
Otoko Jiman is a great name, isn't it💦?
Due to the sudden death of the previous master brewer and the aging of the brewery, the sake is now brewed in a different brewery.
It doesn't say it on the four-pack, but it looks like it's unfiltered.
I bought it at Daimaru Shinsaibashi in the past and have been drinking it ever since.
It made a good impression on me back then, too.
It says "special junmai" but it's gorgeous like a daiginjo.
Fruity and sweet, it was really delicious!
I heard there are special distributors in Osaka and Hyogo.
I know the one in Hyogo so maybe I'll go there next time 🤔.
I'm curious to know if they also serve nama-sake.
I also drank Kibotsuru special junmai unfiltered raw and Jinya Shiboritate!
Kihotsuru was really good and Jinya was only 1 4gou so I bought it as soon as I could 😁.
