hamuThe Junmai-shu Yamashiro is sold only at Yamashiro Onsen.
We had a chance to try the limited edition Shiboritate Nama Genshu.
It is sold as an original sake by the Yamashiro Sake Merchant Association. It was fruity like an apple, but went well with fish caught in the Sea of Japan, and had a clean aftertaste.
It was so high quality, so delicious!
I'd definitely drink it again, and buy a few bottles to take home! Definitely a repeat. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
