Today was a welcome party at work with my colleagues. Yasudaya Honten, a buckwheat noodle restaurant that we used at the end of the year and enjoyed.
We drank a Kihei from Shizuoka 😆.
But somehow, the registration of Sake-no-Wawa brands are all over the place and the most common is only 8 check-ins.... It's delicious though.
Soft taste, elegant sweetness. It has a sharp taste.

The Yurukan pond is famous ^ ^ ^ it's from Fuji Nishiki Brewery, a male brewery in the eastern part of Japan.
Kihei is an interesting brewery that moved from Shizuoka to Okayama a long time ago, but recently came back to Shizuoka where it originated.
