Kaoru Sake. The aroma is not that high, but it is very gorgeous with juicy, acidic and gaseous taste. The brewery's traditional four-stage glutinous rice brewing process is said to be responsible for this luxurious flavor.
I love this sake so much that I bought a four-pack to drink at home.
It is lighter than the typical sake, and I would recommend it to beginners!
