I bought it at a sake brewery on my way back from climbing Mt.
When I opened the bottle, I smelled a weak fruity aroma,
This is sure to be delicious.
First sip,
It has a fruity taste, with rice flavor and a little bit of astringency, and later a pungent taste.
I paired it with the autumnal food of Akitou fish,
When paired with grilled swordfish and pasta with swordfish, the latter goes well with the pasta.
I am so happy!
If I visit the Sanbetsu area again, I will drop by.
Today's beer?
It is Bruno Lager, a beer from a brewery in Hiroshima City.
It is citrusy and has a strong bitter taste, and I drank it all at once.
