I forgot to take a picture of it and took it after I'd had a lot to drink.
I got it at the end of summer and it's nigori.
I have an image of nigori as winter.
It's quite strong.
I tried it with osumashi (clear soup).
It's refreshing with a hint of sourness.
It seems to be a late summer type of sake.
When I mix the orizumi with the sake, the orizumi is a little stronger, but it's not sweet, and the refreshing feeling lasts.
Sake here is good. I like it.
