Sake named after Sandankyo, a national scenic beauty spot.
It is now out of business? It is now made by Ono Sake Brewery in Kitahiroshima Town.
The label confirms the name of the brewer,
I paired it with Sandankyo Tofu, which I had been curious about for some time,
The tofu is firm,
The tofu is firm, yet rich and delicious.
And the sake also had a great flavor,
and no muddy taste.
Ono sake brewery's sake is delicious after all.
No beer today.
