This sake is made with AK-35, a highly aromatic yeast, and is a "light nigori" sake with lees that dance like the snow on Mt. Fuji's soft water, and while it is a pure sake, it is popular among women as well. Although it has a sweet taste, it is easy to drink and goes well with meals.
It is best to enjoy it chilled or on the rocks with one ice cube. You will enjoy its refreshing impression.
