Miraculously, we got it at the Mito Keisei Department Store.
My daughter-in-law, who is a sake lover, recommended "Sutera" very highly, and there was only one last bottle left...we immediately got it.
After drinking it, I was convinced.
The fruity aroma was deceptive, but the umami of the rice was well pronounced.
This exquisite balance of light but not "thin" is honestly amazing.
It is not just easy to drink, it has a core.
I think I may have stepped into the depths of the sake swamp.
