Found this one at a sake brewery we met on the way back from a mountain hike 👀It's suitable for hot sake, so we tried it hot today. Today's snacks were nabe (hot pot) and potatoes with bacon. The aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma. The first attack is gentle sweetness and then gradually the dryness comes in☺️ too hot but it looks good lukewarm ✨I want to drink it chobi-chobi-chobi but it's so good it runs out quickly🤣I found a good sake🙆♀️

Train connection is 1 hour. Get off the Sotobo line and go to the Uchibo line. Kamogawa's sake is dark and flavorful. I try it with a tuna hand-rolled sushi. It is the best. There are only two passengers in the first car. The end of the fiscal year is a one-person review meeting.
