It's been a while.
Today we have Naminoto te to te Ginbuki from Naminoto Sake Brewery in Shiga, Japan.
It has a very gentle taste.
The refreshing taste makes it easy to drink as many glasses as you want.
I bought it at a roadside station in Shiga. mWell flavored, just the way I like it.
Slightly clean, but not too clean, with a nice aromatic flavor. 波乃音Nami no Oto Te to Te純米 波乃音Nami no oto Te to Te 吟吹雪 生酒 珍竹林Polishing ratio 60

3.5 Easy to drink こまこまこまNice to meet you. It takes me a while to figure out the labels because they are in Roman letters and I'm drunk. I am not relying on my deviation. Absolutely! I'm sure! I'm not bad!
Can you tell it's sweet but rich? It's not as sweet as it sounds. I like the way the taste spreads after just one sip.
I want to drink it with something refreshing. Salted mackerel, grilled chicken, etc.
I recommend it. This is not a limited edition, is it? てんつ[Introduction] Surprisingly soft and umami, this dry junmai has a deep flavor.
The moment you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sake spirit, but it is gentle.
The aftertaste is clean and does not linger long. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
