It is a local sake from Sawara, Chiba Prefecture, Junmai-Genshu Suigozakari. It was purchased at a sake brewery. It has a rich, mellow taste with 18% alcohol content, and as the temperature drops, the mouthfeel improves and the flavor deepens.
