The predecessor of the brewery was established in 1789, but in 1944, seven breweries in Kamihei-gun (Tono, Kamaishi, and Otsuchi) were merged under national control to form Kamihei-Shuzo K.K. The brewery was later separated into five companies due to a postwar shortage of sake. Later, due to a shortage of sake after the war, the company was split into five companies, which continue to this day. The company has been brewing locally brewed beer since 1999.
It has a pleasant sweet caramel aroma, a sweet taste in the mouth, and a rather peculiar aftertaste. It's not for everyone.
Giovanni's Research" is an interesting yeast that was developed in Iwate Prefecture and is said to produce a ginjo aroma. ...... I guess so....
The liquid has a yellowish tinge, with thin, clear legs.
