I usually drink Kayama or Echigo-no-Umezato a lot, but this time it was the dry brand, Yuuten!
I don't often drink dry sake, but I rather liked the flavor of Yuuten when I tasted it, so I was looking forward to it: ☺️
Opened the bottle right away 🍶It's delicious😊.
The sweetness is moderate, but there is a refreshing acidity in the aftertaste‼️The mouthfeel is not peculiar, and the feeling of a mildly sharp taste is very good😄.
I personally think it's one of the easiest to drink among the dry ones 🎯.
