We had a bottle of Sakaki Masamune from Yokouchi Sake Brewery.
I think it has almost no aroma🤔It has a good balance between the gentle rice flavor and clear acidity in the mouth😊I'm drinking it at room temperature now, but it might be more spread out if I warm it up 😚I'll try it tomorrow🫡It seems the sake is made by our neighbor, Daikan Brewery 🤣.
I'm on the last lap for the Yamanashi sake comp 🥳.
