Chokki
Tenkeiraku Junmai Hiyoroshi Genshu
17% 60% 720ml, about 1400 yen
We went to a brewery in Niigata and purchased this sake. It was a factory-like brewery for sightseeing, which was also a roadside station.
The first sip after opening the bottle.
It has a burnt aroma like fugu fillet sake. It has a mild, mellow mouthfeel with a hiyaoroshi feeling. It is slightly mellow, but the aftertaste is dry. The burnt and alcoholic taste is strong, so there are different tastes.
The first impression was subtle, but depending on when you drink it, you may think it is okay.
The acidity is a little to my liking. It is like plum.
It has a tasty tangy flavor, and depending on the food pairing, you may think it's good.
