First of all, to cheer up, we toasted with doburoku before dinner.
It is made from the local rice, "Gohyakumangoku" from Hoki-cho, Nishihaku-gun, and water. The rice is polished to 55%. It is 16 degrees Celsius. It is a very robust sake for doburoku.
It has a light effervescence and a clean flavor. It has a mildly malty doburoku mouthfeel. It is delicious 😄.
