Purchased at Heiwananishiki Shuzo's third brewery open house this year.
Priced at 1,400 yen including tax, it was available for 1,200 yen for a limited time only.
According to the brewer, this sake goes very well with sashimi, but because the degree of rice polishing is as high as that of junmai ginjo, it has a very clean taste, which makes some people feel it is too sweet.
It tastes sweet at first and has a spicy aftertaste, which is very strange.
It is not just spicy, but also super spicy that "transcends" spiciness 😼.
I recommend it including the cost performance 👍If you have a chance to stop by Kawabe-cho, Gifu, please stop by the brewery and buy a bottle❗️.
