I went to a liquor store and saw a tasting event. I was allowed to taste four different kinds in turn, and I bought one because it was interesting that it tasted quite different from the three I had drunk before this one. Wassa means "mischief," and it seems to be a test brew that is only brought to tasting events. The aroma is not very strong? It has a slight grapefruit-like acidity. When you drink it, the sourness spreads immediately after a slight chilli sensation! But there is also a firm sweetness, and at the end, there is bitterness. The flavor gradates, then disappears after a squeak on the side of the tongue. When I tasted it, I thought it had more of a yogurt feeling, but when I drank it at home, it wasn't so bad. After a few days, the chili is gone, but the sizzling sweet and sourness remains thick, like apricot or plum. The balance of the flavor is very well balanced, and yet the aftertaste is crisp and easy to drink. It's delicious and interesting.
